To join today, please follow the above link to the Network for Good website. Your donation on that site is considered your membership application. Please make sure to fill in all of your contact information. You will receive an email shortly after signing up to confirm your membership. America Walks member groups are generally local, regional or state grassroots membership organizations advocating for improved conditions for walking. Member groups pay annual dues on a sliding scale based on their annual budget. Dues may be waived for start-up organizations. To join, download the membership brochure (see side bar "Other Related Links") fill out, and mail our Membership Brochure. Or simply write us a letter stating the name and mission of your group, the year it started, and the name and contact information for your designated representative. Send with payment to America Walks, PO Box 2834, Alexandria, VA 22301-2834.

  • Fiscal agency - America Walks can act as the tax-exempt fiscal agent for your group while you obtain independent tax-exempt corporation status.
  • Training opportunities from America Walks board members on organizing your group and influencing transportation projects and policy.
