Poll Reveals Broad Support for Federal Investment in Walking and Biking
A new poll released shows 74% of likely voters favor increasing or maintaining current levels of federal investment in walking and biking.
The poll, released by Rails to Trails, asked likely 2016 voters their views on the role of the federal government in providing funding for maintaining and developing active transportation. 74% of respondents supported maintaining or increasing the amount of funding currently provided by federal funding.
