Richard (Dick) Jackson, MD, MPH
Richard (Dick) Jackson, MD, MPH is Professor of Environmental Health at the University of California, Berkeley. He has served in many leadership positions–most recently as California’s State Health Officer under Governor Schwarzenegger and director of the CDC’s National Center for Environmental Health. Dr. Jackson is co-author of Urban Sprawl and Public Health. In 2005, the American Institute of Architects selected him to serve their national Board of Directors.
