Ross Brownson, MD, MPH is Professor of Public Health at Saint Louis University. He is the principal investigator for numerous research projects in preventive health funded by the CDC, NIH, and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Dr. Brownson’s books include Chronic Disease Epidemiology and Control, Applied Epidemiology, Evidence-Based Public Health, and Community-Based Prevention.
