Rachel Cotner (she/her), is an unhurried walker, jogger, and cargo bike mom. After moving to Little Rock in 2019, she became deeply involved in community organizing. Rachel is Chair of Our Little Rock, a community based organization, and loves working with Neighborhood Associations to utilize Walk Audits to identify local opportunities for change.
Rachel holds a BS in Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Organizational Development and is forever intrigued by the paths to change. Rachel lives in Downtown Little Rock with her husband, a small-scale infill developer, their free-range daughter, adopted mama dog, failed foster kitten, and anyone else who shows up on the porch.
